About Our Silk
Is DaisySilk made from 100% silk? Is DaisySilk OEKO-TEX® certified?
Yes. Most of our products are made from 100% pure mulberry silk, including Charmeuse, Crepe de Chine, and Georgette. The only exceptions are Stretch Double Georgette and Stretch Charmeuse, which contain 90% silk and 10% spandex for added flexibility. We never use polyester or other synthetic substitutes.

All DaisySilk fabrics are certified by STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, the globally recognized safety standard for textiles. Our products meet the most rigorous level — Annex 6, which is stricter than the typical Annex 4 used by many brands. This means our fabrics have been independently tested against over 300 harmful substances and are safe for even the most sensitive skin.

Our certification numbers are SH020192407 (Clothing) and SH025192406 (Bedding). You can verify them on the official OEKO-TEX® website: www.oeko-tex.com/en/label-check.
How to choose from different Momme? How should I care for silk?
Momme refers to the weight and density of silk. The higher the number, the thicker, smoother, and more durable the fabric. Many inexpensive “100% silk” items on the market use 16 Momme or less, which feel thinner and wear out quickly. At DaisySilk, that's not something you need to worry about. Most of our garments are made with 19 / 22 Momme silk, offering the right balance of softness, durability, strength, and luxury.

- 19 Momme: lightweight and breathable — ideal for clothing and warmer weather.
- 22 Momme: more substantial and durable — especially great for premium apparel and bedding.
- 30-40 Momme: heavier and structured — ideal for suits, shirts, and other tailored pieces.

Silk is easier to care for than you might think. You don't need to baby it — a little care goes a long way. Use a gentle machine wash with cold water, a mild silk detergent, and a mesh laundry bag. Avoid strong direct sunlight and tumble drying. With the right care, your silk can stay beautiful and wearable for years.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, and offer free shipping on orders over $55. For orders below $55, shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination — please refer to our Shipping Information page for details.
Since our products are made-to-order in our own factory, please allow 1–3 business days for production and processing after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the real-time status on the carrier’s website. Please ensure your email address is valid so you don’t miss updates.
If you’d like to make changes or cancel your order before it’s processed and shipped, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@daisysilk.com. We’ll assist you smoothly with the process. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In that case, you can either keep the item or follow our return & exchange policy after it arrives.
Yes! Since we have our own factory, we offer plenty of flexibility. You can customize size, color, or add a monogram. Just select your preferred options on the product page and place your order. Once confirmed, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for us to process your order before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

- Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:  Underwear | Socks | Eye/Face Masks | Customized Items- All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order.- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging with labels and tags attached.- The original order number must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Also, adhere strictly to our return instructions provided in our email and fill in the designated return recipient as specified.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and all products are thoroughly checked by our quality control team before they are dispatched to you. However if for any reasons that you wish to return your items or if you have received a faulty or incorrect product, we kindly request you to follow the instructions provided below.Step 1 - Please email support@daisysilk.com within 15 days of receiving your products with the order number and a brief reason for the return & exchange. We will refund you after you return the items within 60 days of purchase.Step 2 - Please strictly follow our return instructions provided in our email. Ensure that you package the items to be returned securely in the original package box. Additionally, kindly remember to send the tracking number with us once you have shipped the return.Step 3 - Once we have received your returned items, we’ll process it promptly.
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your original payment method:Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically take 5–14 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.PayPal: Usually processed quickly and may appear in your PayPal balance within a few business days. If your original payment was made via a debit or credit card through PayPal, it may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution.Please note that weekends and holidays may affect processing times. • For Returns: If you received the wrong item or it’s defective, we will cover the return shipping. For returns due to personal preference or other reasons, customers are responsible for the shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Please contact our customer service team before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
• For Exchanges: The first exchange is free of charge. For any additional exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the replacement item. Our customer service team is happy to assist you with any exchange.
